Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
You can marry the same person over and over again and gain prestige for that. If you are in a religious group that allows divorce you can for example get 400 prestige at the cost of 100 piety (divorce cost). So as any tribe that supports Divorce I can field an army of supreme quality within the first months of the game by simply remarrying the same person. Raid a little to afford a pilgrimage or execute a couple prisoners and you can recruit the finest man at arms as a opm.. this feels quite exploity

Also: There is no diminishing returns on Romancing. So if i make my wife my soul mate get the 750 prestige dump her get the next one romance her cash in dump her get the next one... I can get 750 prestige annualy in average which is also quite op for tribes especially that can raise gigantic armies cause their bossman is a chiccolo.. Maybe consider diminishing returns for the feature?

Using either of those "exploits" allows on pretty much any tribal nation that alllows divorce to become the most powerful military nation in the game within no time. Some might have bigger numbers then you but you can certainly outrank them in terms of quality (Horse archers / Vangarian Guards) which should win you any battle.

I added a screenshot where I started as the last remaining independent asaru tribe in 1066. Supposedly a tough game but 20 years in I haven't conquered a single province yet I'm fielding an army of 3200 varangian guards. I used a mix of both described exploits though with the current wife you are seeing I could probably just marry her over and over and over again as each time I score 400 prestige... that's broken. Yes I know there is a tiny relation harm for divorce but as she is my courtier after the first marriage she will mary me anyways despite a low opinion.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
1. Choose someone with a Religion that allows divorce. Marry for Prestige gain. Divorce and Marry the same person again for Prestige Gain (Up to 400 prestige per marriage)
2. Marry anyone who likes your traits. Romance that person. Divorce. Marry the next person that likes your traits. Romance it. (350 - 750 Prestige per Soulmate. Avg time 1 year)

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
