Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Both of this traditions should allow me to build the tradeport/guild building one era earlier. But i still need the base upgrade from the same era. For example, i need a keep instead of a motte in early medieval era to build tier 3/4 ports in my castles. For the guild, its way worse, because i need the manoralism innovation to upgrade my cities and build a tier 3/4 port. This is the exact same tech i would need anyway to build guilds/ports in cities. So city keeper does nothing.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Take the same traditions and try to upgrade your economic buildings.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
If you have the maritime mercantlism/city keeper traditions, you have to move the requirements to one tier earlier. For example, motte instead of keep.
