Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Started as Hammer. Have a larger Empire (Scandinavia, Francia, Britannia, Italia) and have entered the 1200s. Manual save has stopped working as per other reports in the year 1204 (does not appear in the saved slots). So far auto save is still working, will update when that fails.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Progress to year 1204 on PS5.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
I am aware that this is a known issue however resubmitting as the latest patch notes indicate the bug has been resolved. It is not resolved for PS5.

UPDATE: Around year 1230, autosave failed and the game crashed. Save was corrupted and it rolled back to 1104. Wiped out an entire reign of a ruler who was 84 and mopping up Byzantine.
