Hi,
Friendly plot says i have 100% (see screenshot, taken after reloading a previous save for the game).
But i failed still (see screenshot taken at the time the problem hit) : he is not my friend and i can't make a friendly plot again before some years.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
start a friend plot and sometimes you will have a result with one option to choose only which say something like "you have progressed toward being a friend" but the tooltip says: "not a friend" (in fact, he doesn't say that you are friend) and "you cannot start over in 30 years"... and tha's what you see in the first screenshot.
The plot was at 100% (like you see in the save game) and there is as far as i know, no malus event to friendship. Even if there are malus events, i didn't have one.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
Some posters in another (past) thread said that it shouldn't happen, that success is success, and "done progression" is a failure, but you should be able to start over. here as you can see, i CANNOT start over.
