Britannia, England, Essex titles all Saxon elective, county level on partition, higher level title heir is third eldest son, but my non heir eldest son is the heir of London(capital)
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
choose your non eldest son as heir of the higher level titles while on parition
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
