Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Even with Gender Equality set to Inverted, when granting counties to local nobles, the nobles are unexpectedly men.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Set Gender Equality to Inverted, and grant a conquered county to a local noble.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
