Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Playing as duke Murchad 1066 start. Levies stops replenishing when army is disbanded, at peace and no other factors active that overtly should affect replenishment. When raising and disbanding army the levies start replenishing as normal.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
See above (haven't tried other characters yet).

I have the same issue. For some reason my levy replenishment was at 0 per month. When I raised the army (and waited until all were there) and then disbanded them it went back to normal again.

Pain: We'll see how much it hurts if I miss it for a while and the enemy attacks
Reproduction: It happened right after my previous character died and my new had taken her place.

I sadly don't have an uncropped screenshot, only cropped (since I just needed that to show my issue on the discord server) but this should be the save from before I fixed it.

Same issue for me. I'm about 20 years into my play-through with Jarl Whiteshirt of York. I understand I have his host to start, but after about 20 years, it seems like my levies will not replenish. I am not over the domain limit, and my control is at max. He's now King of Jovik, and does not have too many duchies. I've tried raising/lowering my armies, but when I do, it will go to +2/3 levies per month for about 4 months and then just sit at 0 levies per month. I believe I have included the correct save file below.

I'm having the exact same issue as nova_mjohnson (playing York from preset in 867) and have also tried the work around and it did not fix. Says this preset start is "easy" not so easy when you only have a quarter of your army lol.
