Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Since the latest update, when I click on Resume or play, I gat a red triangle that tells me launching the game failed. I've tried reinstalling it. I've tried running it as administrator. I've deactivated my antivirus. nothing helps.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
