Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Many players have reported that issue including me. In Catholic faith only if you kill you close relatives, it supposed to be counted as a crime, because that's what Catholic doctrine says. But no, any dynasty murder is considered crime in Catholicism. While in Insular faith, where even Dynastic kinslaying is a crime, any murder of your close or distant relatives isn't considered a crime.

On my screenshot king of Lotharingia has Familial Kinslayer trait, there is written that it is considered a crime because of Catholic faith. But Catholic Faith has "Close-kin is Criminal" doctrine, not "Familial is Criminal" or "Dynastic is Criminal".

Please fix this issue, because it really ruins the game.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Kill a distant relative being a catholic. Kill any relative believing in Insular Christianity.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
