Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
A healthy 13-year-old child of my ruler just died of stress. I imagine this is technically not a bug, but I'm a very heavy player and I've literally never had it happen before in CK3, so I'm guessing it's related to the DLC release. It's fairly immersion-destroying. This sort of thing used to happen in CK2, but I thought it was fixed.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
N/A. I didn't think it was even worth a file upload, but since I have to anyway, you can just play the game forward from the save point. The child croaks like 10 days later.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
N/A

I have attached a save game
No
