Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Some symbols that really ought to be in the game aren't while characters that are much rare are. There's also at least one example of a character that is present in one of the game's fonts.
ǧ and Ǧ are not visible in the fancier font used on the map, but is visible in the simpler font used for information.
ǫ and Ǫ (known as O caudata) is not supported and rendered as invalid character in-game, even though all other letters with ogoneks are valid. Even weird characters such as Ờ are valid, even though it's only used in Vietnamese, a language which is not supported, nor represented on the map, while Ǫ is usually used in reconstructed Old Norse.
Ṭ and ṭ are not supported, while Ḍ and ḍ are and even though emphatic T, which is found in Arabic (a rather large language in this time frame, as well as today) is usually represented by this character.
There's probably characters that I've missed that only appear in one font but not the other, as well as I'm sure that there are characters that really ought to be in the game, but aren't. The problem is mostly the inconsistency that some characters are represented, while other characters of the same type aren't
