Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
You can dupe characters boosting the score during schemes

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
So basically you have the game paused you click on a character who can be bribed and then bribe them. Quickly click the same character again and once the first request has gone through you can bribe him/her again.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
