Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
When I click on the location of an event (building built, property besieged, etc.), the UI displays the de jure hierarchy of that county, which is almost never helpful. Most times I want to interact with the holding (to build), its owner or just pan the view there (war).
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
