Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
As Emperor of Russia, I had a King Vassal of Hungary who was heir to Kingdom of Bohemia. External inheritance was disallowed and the
warning for tile loss disappeared when I made him King. However when he inherited the title, he became independent!

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Not sure how to replicate this, as the game mechanics are meant to prevent this. Be Emperor with a Vassal King and have them inherit a foreign Kingdom?

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
Possibly that Vassal was Vassal of Duke, then made his King and made his old liege his vassal? Can't think of why this would happen tbh, everything in game said it wouldn't.

If this is happening by design, please explain why.
I faced the same issue twice now: Once King of Sardinia inherited Kingdom of Andalusia, once King of Greater Moravia inherited K. of East Francia. However it works as expected most of the time.

I played around giving my King of Greater Moravia other titles and noticed he remained my vassal, if he was King of Bavaria, but not if he was King of Frisia (both are part of Germania as is the K. of East Francia) or any other Kingdom title I tried.
