Partition: I have partition male preference. Under partition my main heir should get my primary title and all of the de jure countries under it, while other titles should be distributed.
When checking my succession laws, it shows my main heir inheriting my primary title (duchy of Brabant) and my capital (county of brabant, de jure under duchy of brabant), along with the duchy of Julich.
My second son will inherit the duchy of Luxemburg and all its counties (that's ok), but also the county of Antwerp (de jure in duchy of Brabant, so should go to primary heir).
My third son stands to inherit the county of Maastricht (in duchy of Julich), but not the duchy itself, which I would expect would be given to him. Instead the duchy stays with my main heir.
I have added a screenshot in attachment. I don't have a save game, as I played in Iron Man and continued playing. Also, later I destroyed the duchy of Luxemburg, yet the succession remained exactly the same (minus the duchy of Luxemburg going to the second son). As such, my first son gained all duchy-tier titles (Brabant and Julich; so there was no partition on the duchy level), while other sons were my vassals.
Seniority: my liege has seniority male preference. Nevertheless, the game chooses females over males. See screenshot. I have to admit that when I later checked again, the game seems to have updated the list of successors with males on top.
