Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
When I entered the late game, around 220 years after the game start, the game started freezing for 1-2 seconds once every month. It feels like the exact same problem that Imperator had(or has, I haven't played it in ages). I am therefore fairly certain that it has to do with the new Clausewitz engine and not to do with CK3 specifically. It is really annoying and it's the reason I stopped playing Imperator, and I really don't want that for CK3.

Play a game longer than 220 years (probably 250 to be on the safe side)

Hold on a moment, I have changed the defines.lua file, but the only change there is a reduction in title creation costs.

Tried without the changes to defines.lua but the issue is still there
