Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
impassable territory ID:3222 IMPASSABLE added to my domain even though it doesn't connect to my territory at all or even near it.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
change the datils of that impassable territory so that it doesn't clip with my territory

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
impassable territory ID:3222 IMPASSABLE to the right of Persia.
