Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I cannot see the relationship reasons for Friend/Rival/Nemesis etc. after the new update. Was really excited about this feature, but it is broken right now and doesnt work at all. Tooltip for the relationship is blank

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Persistent in all new campaigns I've tried after updating and downloading the Friends and Foes DLC

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
