Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Occasionally, a Grandmaster of a holy order seems to get in a loop of hiring and firing itself every few days, resulting in a ton of notifications appearing.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Sponsor a holy order and wait.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
Unsure if this requires Crusades to have started or have been called. I had this with a Catholic holy order, but it only started >5 years after a Crusade.

I have to imagine it is a problem with the logic of the Holy order being to call itself as noted in the patch notes "Holy Orders can now raise themselves when at war or pledged to a Great Holy War"

I went ahead and tested this on your safe myself and can confirm I see the same amount of spam.

Hi, this is not the only notifications having issues. The faction notifications (forming and disbanding) are still a thing amongst other multi spamming notifications like populists, rebellions etc.
Any idea about when we'll have a permanent fix?

There are tons of bugs that are still present since 2020. My guess is they work on a priority system so lower priority bugs don't get fixed until a couple of years later.

In my game it happened because the Catholic Holy Order is allied to Catholic Bohemia via marriage and Bohemia is defending against Catholic Bavaria.
So the Holy Order keeps hiring itself ad nauseam.

Just got this bug for the first time. It's only happening with one holy order atm; not even of my religion:

I just started a murder scheme against the head of the Holy order but didn't have to finish it and it seems to have stopped it.

I got the same bug.. as soon as I dismissed my holy order, it summoned itself, and repeats daily or immediately after I clear the notification.... May try to join the war to end it or have to shelf the game till it is fixed. 6 Months so far? really?? OUCH!
