Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I've tried nominating two of my relatives to succeed me as HRE, but they are electors and won't vote for themselves. They seem like they're not giving themselves points in categories that they give others points for, and the weight of things like "I like power" seem to be too small.
Person 1 (Duchess :
-The person she chooses gets +10 for "belongs to my dynasty" and +20 for "belongs to a prestigious dynasty", while for herself, she only gives +20 for belonging to the ruling dynasty. They belong to the same dynasty but different houses, with my candidate belonging to my house (and again, I'm HRE, so I'd think that's the "better" house to belong to).
-She gives herself no points for belonging to her own culture and dynasty, while she does give the other person points for this.
-She gives herself no points for having traits she likes
-She gives the other woman +50 because "I like her". This sort of seems to be in the same category as the +15 she gives herself for "I like power", but doesn't seem to be the appropriate weight.
Person 2:
-She is a compassionate character and gave someone else +30 for "Compassionate likes compassionate" but didn't give herself any points for this.
-Other electors give my candidate points for being brilliant, prestigious, pious, and known for her virtues, but she does not give herself any points for these things. She does give the other person points for this, but not herself.
-She has a +100 opinion of me, I'm the HRE, and I've voted for her, but she does not give herself any points for "I trust the judgement of a ruler I like".
***Bottom line: it seems like electors should give themselves a lot more points - either in all the categories other people get points in, or the weight of things like "I like power" should be substantially higher to the point of being almost insurmountable.*** Unless they're a person who doesn't like power, they should be pretty happy to vote for themselves when other powerful electors are already voting for them. This isn't game breaking but it doesn't seem logical/fair and it's currently making it very difficult, if not impossible, to get the person I want elected.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
As an elector, vote for someone who is also an elector. View the points they give themselves and compare to the points they give others.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
I included a screenshot highlighting the points comparison I described above.
In the save game I attached, the two people I described above are Duchess Anastasia of Lower Lorraine (Person 1) and Queen Maddalena II of Frisia.
