Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I keep granting my kids de-jure duchies matching their inheritence, and they destroy them on the regular. They are not over their title cap, nor do they have too many duchies, they just keep destroying the titles for no good reason. Screenshot and savegame attached.
This just exacerbates and underscores the fact that titles are ridiculously expensive, but (especially given the tribal nature of the society i play) you absolutely need to create them to keep your empire holdings from falling apart on death or (in this case) challenges for the crown when you're too old to fight back. (Which releases your now-equal vassals into freedom if not under a higher title)
