Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Had some "issues" in the Issues list (top right). These issues were resolved so the list cleaned itself but it redimensioned to a small square (see screenshot). If I close/open this list, it's still bugged (I can click on the "X" or the "refresh" button but it does nothing). However if I keep playing and some new "issues" appear, if I close/reopen this list, it's normal again

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Have some "issues" in the issues list (top right) and when they're all resolved, this list is redimensioned to a small square. It becomes normal again only when new "issues" happen

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
