Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Whenever I reload a game using Geforce now all the video settings are back to default settings.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Start Crusader Kings 3 using Geforce Now

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
There are settings that ARE saved in Geforce now, and I'm guessing that's because they're tied to the launcher. Would it be possible to have all the video settings in the Paradox launcher? If that's the case then it would save the video settings properly and I wouldn't have to set all the settings to max all over again every time I launch CK3.
