Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Crash all the way when I started game no matter how many time I uninstalled this game and paradox launcher, deleted all remaining files to reinstall everything from the start

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
At first I able to play enter game started to crash upon autosave per year where force me to switch off autosave, and use manual save
Now it crash when entering the game
1) The crashreporter pop up unable to report
2) When I enter game and crash, no crashreporter pop up

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
