Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
When i select the game rule "Gender equality" and set it to the "Equal" option. It will activate this for all non player characters. But will lock all player characters on the "Male preference" gender law option and prevent them from changing it. (This only affect the players that select the "Create your own character option") This happens in both multiplayer and single player.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Select the "Gender equality" game rule and set it too "Equal" option. Then create your own character and play the game. You should be unable to change your gender law options.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
