Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Sometimes when I try to arrange a marriage I get the warning that the characters are related and there's a danger their childer will get "Inbred", while the character are definitely not related. You can see in the screenshot that they're both from different dynasties.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Arrange a marriage between two unrelated characters.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

Inbreeding is not about dynasty but about previous marriages. For these characters, have a look on their parents and grand-parents.

But how? I want to marry my grandson to the daughter of the King of Brittany. I never had any interaction with Brittany before (I'm Frisia). It would be nice if the tooltip could clarify where this comes from.
