Short summary of your issue
Game over without any warning when your heir goverment is a republic.

Game Version
1.3.1

What OS are you playing on?
Windows

What platform are you using?
Steam

Do you have mods enabled?
No

Have you tried verifying your game files (Steam only)?
No

How much "pain" is this causing you?
10

Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I accidently gave my heir a county with a city as holding, so he became a republic. When I realized that I didn't think this is a problem and there was no warning about game ending after my character's death. After I die, there is game over screen and I can only spectate.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
1. Be feudal (I was female but I don't know if that matters)
2. Have one male heir
3. Give him a county with a city as the only holding
4. Die

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
I don't know if this is intentional (just no warning) or a bug. After I died and I spectate, there is still a notification "you are dying" but it disappears and appears multiple times.

The attached save is right before my death.

I have attached a save game
Yes
