Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I was playing through one of my Karling Restoration runs. On my last character he somehow inherited the Holy Roman Empire, and when he died his name changed I was met with the game over screen despite clearly having heirs.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
