Thank you for your report! Unfortunately, the issue does not reproduce on our end. Can you provide us with more information?
If the game crashes did it create a crash report folder? If it did we could use it to properly investigate the issue. Please attach the zipped CTD folder here, if possible.
CTD folders can usually be found at: C:\Users\[USERNAME]\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings III\crashes

CK3 will not launch V1.1.1.

I just updated to 1.1.1. and the game won't actually start. From the launcher pressing either Resume or Play will do 1 of 2 things. 1 crash immediately. 2 start the process but doesn't actually do anything, the task will just fire as a background...
