Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
After exiting to desktop, the game continues running on Steam. Clicking the "STOP" button does not help. Stopped running after quitting Steam. Persists after restarting Steam.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Exit to Desktop either through the main menu or the pause menu.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
I didn't see any processes that might be associated with CK3 running in the task manager.
