Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Sometimes when i try to declar war to claim some bigger territory (kingdom or empire) the declaration of war window starts to flicker. I have upploaded picture when this happened but sadly it is not visible on the picture.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Try to start a war for kingdom, empire or some really big territory.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
