Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Whenever I let my patriarch run a fictitious claim on a barony in my own empire and want to claim it after without getting tyranny points it doesn't work. I always get 20 tyranny points for a barony just like I didn't do the fictitious claim with the patriarch before.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
It came up recently with the new patch 1.1 before the patch it worked perfectly fine.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
