Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Female rulers get -100 penalty to marriage acceptance when player is trying to marry them patrilinealy when matrilineal marriages is off. Looks like they have absolutely nothing against marrying AI. It can be related to player still being able to make matrilineal marriages.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Just try to marry Matilda di Canossa at the 1066 bookmark

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

Hello GuidoDiRomano,

Thank you for your report! The situation you have described is not a bug. Please note that there is a Matrilineal Marriages option in Game Rules. It is set to Default when starting the game but you can simply modify it before starting another game.

I meant that matrilineal marriages was already turned off in game rules

Looks like this bug wasn't fixed in 1.2.2, because there is nothing about it in patchnotes

Just as I thought, this is not patched. Looks like this game will be unplayable to me until next patch. Which probably will be ready only after holidays. I'm so sorry I bought this game
