Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
When your ex-wife is your concubine and she gets pregnant, the notification coming up is as if we just divorced. "Since we were married when it was conceived, it is most certainly yours, not a bastard" (paraphrased)
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Start as Harald Fairhair, divorce wife Rognhildr, marry someone else (in this cause, Gyda with Quick and Beautiful). Get a child with Gyda, take Rognhildr as concubine. Get Rognhildr pregnant.
