Hello, please help, I haven’t played the game for half a year, now I’m going in, and all the characters (both mine and not mine) have the “near death” effect, all counties now have 0 control, the income of money, respectively, because of this is 0 (unlike from consumption), what to do help, I play on Iron Will (version was 1.4.4), it's scary to even start playing because everyone can die, what to do

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
remove the "near death" status for everyone, Restore control over provinces 100~ (not all 0/100)

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

In the upper right corner, all the characteristics have decreased... But at least I don’t want them all to die, but there I myself somehow...

i am sorry, for now there is nothing you can do against (bug is known) happens with or as part of the Royal Court update (1.5+)
and because it is a ironman game i am afraid that there is something you can do because of autosave.

if there is not already a 1.5 autosave you may have luck and it may be fixed in future, but i assume this is not the case.
and on steam you can switch back to 1.4+ version, but if 1.5 autosave already exist i am afraid that this is not an option anymore.

therefore all you can do is to restart a new game

No, the version is still 1.4, I haven’t taken it off the pause yet, it’s just a shame, I played so much and tried so hard to make everything beautiful, but in the end everything was gone, but I start a new game if I play it for example 100-200 hours and again release a new update which can break everything for me, I don't even have the desire to play like this.. just want to hear the developers' comments on this, can they answer here, or should I write it somewhere else?

if it is still 1.4 (because of task-kill ck3) then i advise:
if you play on Steam => rightclick on CK3 > Settings > Beta > 1.4.4 and hope that this solve your problem
after that you have to wait for a fix. who came or came not.

i dont think you will get a developper comment, the bugreports with paradox comments are very rare
