Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I got the Information Broker Event. I took the new information over the existing hook, but most of the text was empty.
But the tooltip does tell me it is a child heritage secret.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue


Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
