Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Declared an Invade Kingdom war with West Francia. At start of war, Wales was not allied but later became involved. Wales' armies show blue (neutral) on the map and started a battle with my besieging army.
When in a major war and the enemy armies are showing as neutral it is near impossible to plan my attack.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
I've never seen the issue before and I'm not sure why the army has a neutral color when they are in the war.
I've tried adding people to my side of wars in the middle of a war but they have always been colored as allies

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
There are two wars going on and it may be an issue around being attacked by a second leader when the Wales' leader joined the war. I haven't been able to time anything like that before.

One thing that only became apparent when I continued the game was that West Francia had been inherited by the ruler of Wales so the land had become Wales.
I have been trying things like attacking a nation who's heir is another ruler and either killing them in battle or murdering them. It's a tough timing issue.
