Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
When I played a character that belongs to a culture where the surname is written before the given name, I noticed that the surname is behind.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
When I checked the game file, dynasty_name_first was written properly, but it didn't work at all in the game.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
I think it was because the way the full name of characters was expressed was completely decided by localization texts.

I think this should be set for the Hungarian culture, so does it not work for them at all?

I think so. I was playing characters from Han culture and Khitan culture. When I check the localization text in Simplified Chinese, the full name notation looks like [character name] [character dynasty]. If I reversed it, the name of Emperor of the Great Liao was correct, but this time the name of the emperor of the Holy Roman Empire was wrong.(´༎ຶོρ༎ຶོ`)
