Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Because the Legacy UI changed you can only view/buy Legacy perks by opening the Dynasty tree and clicking on the crest in the top right.

Seems needlesly convoluted compared to the previous UI and I've seen people on reddit/discord already asking how to buy legacy perks because the menu is hidden so much.

I'm not quite sure what you are referring to, Celticus Magnus. I can click "Open Legacies" in that screen and it works just fine.

I had the same problem this morning, and came here to see if it had been reported. The "Open Legacies" was almost off the bottom of the screen, only the top millimeter of it visible. But I've just gone back into my game to get a screenshot, and its working properly now, as in the screenshot in a previous post. Intermittent bug, maybe?

It may get pushed off if you have certain house/dynasty modifiers? It's pushed off my screen now that I have both a Witch Coven and Strong Blood, because those create whole new rows above it. I'm pretty sure it wasn't like that until I got those modifiers. Also if your dynasty has cadet branches, it adds a bunch of extra text that can also result in it getting pushed further down. It may take all of these factors combined for it to happen, but it certainly can happen.

This fits with my experience. Reloading has not changed a thing and its not on my screen. I was very confused until i found this post.
