Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
It's very simple: when you are saving renown for a legacy unlock, and you die, in the few days/weeks in which the culture head changes from you to one of your vassals and then back to you (as your heir) the other characters they spend the renown you've been saving on something. I've been trying to get 1 full legacy (I have 4) and also have other 4 in another legacy that I don't care at all about, and I also have another 3 in another legacy that I don't care about, all of this happened when my character died and my heir inherited. Either the culture head shouldn't be able to spend renown before having been the culture head for at least an x amount of time, or dying and inheriting shouldn't make you lose the place for just a couple of days/weeks.
