Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I am both the King of England (primary title) and Ireland, no Empire just yet, but i have parts of Ireland de Dure drifting to England. I thought that doesn't happen if you hold the kingdom that duchy is from as shown on the paradoxwiki of titles

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Hold both titles of England and Ireland without being an emperor.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

Indeed, I've been noticing the exact same thing. It seems to have some significant effect on the AI as well, as the De Jure borders are all over the place later in the game. This wasn't so much the case before the Northern Lords update.
