Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
If debug_mode or developer mode are enabled via the command line parameters, every list element in the game is difficult to click on.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Load up the attached game, select the King of France and Offer to Join War. You'll get the Offer to Join War dialog with 2 entries, the first of which is disabled. If you have debug_mode on, the only way to click on the Lothian Invasion option is to click on the icon at the beginning of the line, clicking anywhere else on the entry causes the entry to blink but does not select it.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
Happens regardless if mods are enabled or not, tested both ways. Also tested with scaling of 90%, 100%, and 120% to verify that wasn't the issue.
