-debug_mode steam command not working. Not keyboard related. debug and cheats do not work.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
I have followed the instructions. properties,set lauch options and placing -debug_mode. but it did not work

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
look for symilar problems in forums of ck3 and others of your games. there were people with the same issue,

Thank you for the report. Since you are playing the game via Steam, placing -debug_mode command in Launch Options should work correctly, as I have verified this method on my machine.

i already solved it. i dont know if the cause of the problem was because there was a generic ps3 controller on the pc. i removed the controller and the problem stopped. but maybe it can also be a cheating mod i installed that made the problem dissapear.
