Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
My character had Dark Insights and had already +5 to intrigue and prowess. I reset his perks and decided to keep Dark Insights for the bonus. When I tortured more prisoners I started getting more bonuses, exceeding the described maximum of +5 (I had +6 intrigue at this point).

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
(1) Select Dark Insights. (2) Max the bonus. (3) Reset perks. (4) Re-select Dark Insights. (5) Continue for a maximum of +10 to intrigue / prowess instead of +5.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
Probably works the same for any other skill that gives a bonus, allowing the player to stack any bonus twice.
