Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
When creating a custom ruler whose faith and culture do not match the area they are taking over, culture and faith name lists are unavailable to born children unless BOTH culture and faith have been converted - and if your liege flips either one, culture and faith name lists become unavailable again.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Create custom ruler of faith and culture not matching your capital county. Do not convert either. Have some kids. Create custom ruler of faith and culture not matching your capital county, convert then let your liege convert back. Have some kids.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

Thank you for your report! Unfortunately, the issue does not reproduce on our end. Can you provide us with more information? If possible, please provide a screenshot to demonstrate the issue.

Cloud saves were all corrupted, I had to switch to local and get the bug again. Here it is, my daughter was just born - culture was converted in my capital, but faith was not. When she was born I had only the Dynasty(Tree Icon) and Ancestor(Green Drop Icon) name choices available to me.
