Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Crash to desktop upon entry of remove_relations console command. As soon as enter is pressed, CTD.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
1. start debug game.
2. For optimal testing, use add_relation console command (in my test using the 867 Eudes Robertine start, I used 'add_relation friend 8808 8838', followed by 'add_relation friend 8838 8808' - both executed successfully).
3. enter command 'remove_relation' (I used 'remove_relation friend 8838 8808' in my test).
4. Experience crash to desktop and crash reporter.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
Nothing else; happened both in my main save game with mods and in a test game start without mods.
