Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I am a defender in a Crusade. The AI has taken something but I am unable to siege it back, resulting in me being stuck at 97% warscore.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
1. Restore the attached ironman save

2. Look at the crusade I am currently fighting

3. The tooltip says the enemy has taken a partial holding in Suffolk

4. Yet I am unable to siege this holding, resulting in me being stuck at 97% Warscore and am unable to end it

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
