Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Corrupted save. Backup failed, and somehow lastsave managed to save on a date after the actual cloud save.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Unknown. It was a routine quit to desktop.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
In-game, I'd been playing Wales tall, trying to avoid having too massive of a dynasty for the game to handle, just like when I tried to conquer India as the Tamil Kings quite a while ago. Just like then, there were no signs of slowdown.
