Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I understand that the fervor mechanic is meant to stop steamrolling and I'm completely fine with it, but does it make sense that for about 200+ years I've been trying to convert just 1 county? I've had 5 generations one after the other who ALL got the ignore fervor perk from the learning skill tree, and I've killed as many archbishops with low scores as I can (for some reason the worst people in my realm are always assigned), and for about 200 years all I've been doing is trying to convert 1 county. It's the development, it's weight is too high and since it keeps growing and growing it only gets more and more impossible to finish the task. It has to be rebalanced , as 200+ years of fervor NOT mattering should've been enough by now even with that adaptive trait, and I'm about to waste my achievement run even though I did plan it and had 200 years to finish the last counties. Those 200 years have also been extremely frustrating just seeing those modifiers getting worse and worse no matter what I do.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Start as a jimena brother, unify spain, take 3 counties, convert them and integrate them into the kingdom, repeat; you should have all of Hispania around 1,200 and should only be missing around 15 counties, apparently if you don't convert Cordoba before this then it just becomes impossible to do so.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
