Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
I started an existing game just after Royal Court had released. My prestige and piety had both been reset, losing me all the ranks. And all my territories had changed to 1 control, ruining my income. And for some reason I suddenly had decreased domain limit, possibly due to loss of cultural traits. Starting with the Royal Court I also had lowest level of everything, so in total I started the game with no income and -100 extra opinion malus due to royal court penalties that will take years to change, and being over domain limit. If I try to open up the cultural menu, to see exactly what has been lost, the whole interface is empty and the game crashes.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
